To examine the efficacy of LAS01 and LAS02 as anti-tumor agents:

The Study Conducted at in-vivo sciences bio sciences, USA

Live cell imagining and proliferation data demonstrate that most effective and time-depended anti-tumor activity was observed at 25μg/ml treatment dose of LAS01 agent with MDA0132 and HT-29 Micro tumors. Both agents may have some inhibitory effects at higher dose (100ug) and/or longer treatment days (> 7-10 day). Future evaluation of anti-tumor profiles at lower concentrations of LAS01 using various other tumor cell lines and potential biomarker and genomic analysis for mechanistic studies.
